felt a small tear in chest tonight...just outside the nipple in middle of muscle...not bad enough where black and blue came right out but def tear...had to stop workout couldnt even do shoulders. how long you think i should lay off it before slowly working it out light....ive had a full tendon rupture on the other side back in the day which crippled me for months after surgery but this is def not tendon and just little tear in middle...what do you think!? thanks bros!!
