2 scoops Double Dutch Chocolate Whey iso, 1 heaping tsp unsweetened cocoa powder, tsp coconut oil, 1/4 cup oats and just enough water to make it a paste.
Add a little sugar-free caramel coffee favoring when I want it sweeter...
I get some Emerald's Dry Roasted Almonds and spread out a few servings on a roasting pan...coat the almonds lightly with olive oil...slightly heat them up, and when they come out of the oven, I sprinkle Cayenne Pepper all over it.

Also, Rhonda I would not worry about the Diet Coke. I often use diet soda to keep me full and sane during prep and it doesn't hurt progress.
Diet Coke is considered a snack??? I'm in trouble then lol
I keep Coke Zero and Diet Orange soda around the house as my "calm-the-hunger-down drinks" when i diet lol i can easily kill a 2 liter in a day.
As for REAL snacks....mostly just protein shakes and almonds for me. I don't like keeping granola or natty PB around because i tend to overeat at night....i can easily sit down with a spoon and some natty PB and finish the jar (did that last week!)
