So I have a dilemma. I can't make my gear dose any higher without bad blood pressure sides.

At the doses of AAS I'm running currently running I can control blood pressure just fine with natural health sups. And I'm not going to say they're low cuz they are pretty high.

1G test c (per week)
250 tren a (per week
25mg of Anadrol or anavar (a day)
400 primo e (per week)
400 masteron (per week)

Plus GH and slin

Gh 4-6iu per day (sometimes higher sometimes lower or none)
About 20iu 5 days a week of log (split into two doses a day

Recently started low dose (basel,) lantus just change to everyday instead of 3 days a week.

Injectable L-Carnitine 400mg a day

If I try to raise the doses (at all) from here, blood pressure starts becoming an issue sometimes a big issue.

So is turning to an Ace inhibitor (or some other form of blood pressure med) necessary for me to run more gear? I have clonidine on hand and it saved me from a massive rise in blood pressure yesterday. But I have to be alert for work and just generally in life. And I feel like every blood pressure med I've taken makes me drowsy and spaced out. But I haven't used many different types of prescription blood pressure meds. (my father complains about the same thing on his blood pressure med but I'm not quite sure what he takes, and he doesn't lift or take any peds)

I'm going to come off in a week anyways. Maybe my body just needs time for my red blood cell count and hemocrite to come down. I've been on for a while.

I know this cycle (or similar) will be just fine for now and For the next 1, 2 or 3 years
I know this will work for another 10-15 of lean mass. But what if I want to get bigger?

25 mg of Anadrol or Anavar a day.....there's a pretty big difference between two.
For me Anadrol blows my BP up, back when I took it. Drop that and up whatever else you were wanting to do and see what happens.

I wouldn't use bp medication unless needed. What's your bodyfat, how much cardio do you do weekly?

If you want to grow more do you need more aas or maybe more food?

I recently posted what my currant diet is on another thread I post pics on "pic of you today" the picture in my tag is me I've made some progress since that picture as far as size and leanness. I am very lean for a off season "bodybuilder" (I have a six pack, a lot of veins in my quads back and tris) and I eat a ridiculous amounts.

I’d replace the primo and anavar with HGH , for what legit primobolan an anavar cost you could ad several iu a day extra HGH

Personally I’d think If you are not growing on 2,000+ mg gear , plus HGH and insulin then there is something missing from you diet and or training

About 5 days a week I do morning fasted cardio AKA wake up in the morning take a bath, take a HGH shot and walk my dog with my wife. Maybe I should drink a shake when I wake up.

Don't get me wrong I am growing, like I said I predict doing what I'm currently doing I maybe have 10 more pounds I can gain. Since bodybuilding I put on about 80 to 90 lb of lean mass.

Aahhh ok , when I run my doses up for prep my blood pressure will climb up out of the normal range especially when my hematocrit gets high so what I’ve learned to do is right before I start my prep I’ll go donate blood then a few weeks into it when dose starts to climb I’ll add in 10mg cialis and that keeps me around normal.
I do keep some high intensity cardio in year round , at least 10 min a few times a week unless I’m running a class that’s very physical.
I know some people say that HGH elevates their pressure even when losing body fat , probably from intercellular water retention I’d guess.

Have you had labs done recently , maybe something is amiss with your blood work

Search BP meds on here. There have been many threads on these meds. The key, IMO, is finding the right one for you. When a GP scripts you a BP med their main focus is getting the numbers down. If one med does not work side effect wise don't just stop but adjust the dose, add an additional med, just keep working on it till you find the right dose/combo for you.

If you don't need to up your dose now, as you indicated, I would start looking into every other variable that you can in the meantime such as cardio and diet to see if you can fix it over the next year or two in anticipation of upping your dose. Perhaps a different combo of anabolics might also give better results in the BP department.

I'm embarrassed to say that I have not pulled bloods (recently) I did in the beginning of my blast. When I pulled that my t3 was low but normal range (given that I have no problem losing fat/staying lean) I just make sure I get a good dose of iodine a day and supplement selenium.

I'd imagine my hemocrit and RBC is high right now. Donating blood may be the ticket. My plan was to avoid high intensity cardio until I gained 10 more pounds. Because high intensity cardio goes after glycogen stores and fast twitch fibers more than fat stores. If we looked at our body as having a certain amount of adaptive potential which I believe it does, that's why we don't see athletes that are at the elite level in 2 or 3 types of sports (unless the sports are very similar), something like high intensity cardio takes away from that thus will limit how much I can train without overtraining.

But I will start implementing high intensity cardio via bicycle, impact of running is too hard on my leg (due to injuries previously sustained)

Seems like food might be your determining factor here, maybe not drugs. Only time I've ever looked at drugs being needed more is when you've almost plateaued your strength in the gym on said dosages, and any more increase in calories yields more fat gain than lbm

Yes, If you've been running that for a while, it might beneficial (both for your health and progress) to come down to a TRT type dose to restore sensitivity and health markers

Then you can go back up later and continue to extract progress from those dosages

I’d definitely have a blood panel run just see where you are , mild dehydration can also cause your blood pressure to get wonky , some people it drops but a few it raises.
Going all out on the step mill for 20 seconds then a min real slow to bring pulse back down then another 20 seconds , then recover is what I prefer to do , swimming is also fantastic , a handful of skittles will replace what little glycogen you’re gonna use on a quick cardio but it will definitely help with cardiovascular function

I just ran out of Anadrol. So that's not really a factor right now. What I was doing was taking Anadrol pre-workout on muscle groups that I want to focus more on or if I was tired that day because it gives me more aggression than any other steroid.

Anavar is pretty underrated in my opinion. I found switching between the two I lower side effects and get the best out of both.

I believe the only different anabolic combo for me that would be as effective with less blood pressure would be using deca. I love Deca, but deca's a jealous bitch she won't me get it any, she keeps me down aka gives me ED. I haven't tried dhb so there's that to look forward to.

I get that. I used Anadrol pre workout only but found it raised my BP so much I didn't want to take the risk.

I feel like I'm not understanding this though. You are growing....why do you need to move the dose higher?
Plenty of BBers stay at the same dose for blasts and use their food and training to be the big factor in growth, why are you not using those.

If upping the gear is the ONLY way—and I say only if you are killing the gym and literally cannot eat another bite of food—then drop the orals. I personally think the orals are BP killers. Injectables are like a 3 in the BP dept, orals are a 9...together they are an 11. Get off the orals.

If blood pressure goes up, it's a no brainer, you should take some BP medication to control it. I'd look into bystolic and/or telmisartan and see how you feel on it. There is plenty of info on the board. You can also look into carditone. Check amazon for this. Don't let your BP get out of control. With all that gear and food, I think it'll be very difficult to try to manage it naturally.
