You guys are probably getting sick of me now lol, but ive finally made my mind up on what direction im going to take now....i spoke to the UKBFF federation here in the UK and i can compete at u23 level for another 2 years....so it was either prep now with what i have got or take a long off-season, after weighing everything up i believe its best for me to take some time out and gain some muscle, put together a proper off-season and bring some good muscle into my next show
Plan is to blast and cruise for the next 1.5 years properly...gain weight but good quality weight...right now after this cruise im 205lbs 20lbs up from competition....took a few pics after training today which ive attached and my current protocol is 100mg test p + 100mg mast + 3ius bluetropin
I've never really ever taken gear properly off-season, i've had two off-seasons and the first was completely natural the 2nd the most i went up to was 400mg test, but i spent alot of time of gear...i mainly just ate...ate alot, at some points i was having 9-10 meals a day. It killed me but think i put good size there
My plan is to run 600mg test + 200mg Tren + 200mg Deca for 10-12 weeks
then come off for 6-8 weeks and run very minimal test maybe 100-150mg test
I really want to bring something special come 2014 (when i plan to step on stage again)
My main focus is to just bring everything up really, just be a bigger version of what i am now, also i need to bring my chest up loads, if any of you guys have had problems bringing your chest up and found something that really worked for you please share, because man its been a bitch bodypart for me
