Dame it. I was at the gym today and I got ready to do my 1 all out set of deadlifts. Got down, picked up the weight, 0 problems. I was going up and down like a piston so smooth. As I got the 7 rep I farted so loud it broke my friggin concentraion and I dropped the weight! Same shit happend on the T-bar and cable pulldowns. I had so much gas today it was gross!
