If u have Jump Stretch bands try using them for bench and overhead press but not for reverse band work or traditonal band work where the band creates more tension the more u stretch it out during a rep...I like bands in this manner but the way I have recently messed around with them is similar to these videos in asecond after I will tell u that u do not need nearly as much weight, the weight the bands support the weight makes it very unstable which i actually like a lot because it forces u into a controlled rep speed and good form, do not however accelerate the weight too fast (probably only time u will hear me say that) because at lockout the weights will come down on the bands when ur arms are fully locked. doing sets of military presses this way and after one set i can feel my entire delts are pumped

i do not recomend squatting in this manner as i doubt most have a monolift and most of probably unrack the weight, step back and then alter our stance to our preference which is not fun or safe to do this way
