Heres something to try in the gym on your arm day. Yesterday I got to thinking about how when you do a curl with free weights there is very little tension at the top. So I thought about it a second and then walked into the aerobics room. I grabbed one of those bands they had hanging up on the wall. I then placed the bands around my wrist. These bands have the handles on them. I then stepped on it it with both feet and tried to curl with an EZ curl bar. I stopped because I had too much tension. I then stepped on the band with one foot in the middle and curled with the ez curl bar. Holy mother of God!!!! Thats it! I did 3 sets of those and my arms were smoked. Today I am sore as hell when I try to extend my arms. The band allowed me to add that peak contraction where the EZ curl bar lets off tension at the top.
