I suggest getting full bloodwork, to see any deficiencies that you might have. Obviously that will help you prioritize what you "need".

As someone with Crohns, please don't forget about your digestive track. Probiotic & enzymes are fantastic. Most people don't care if it is not bothering them, but if you wait until you need them its too late. The bodybuilding amount of food your body processes is very hard, help it out.
