Soooo many different supplements....

If the only benefit curcumin had was the ability to bring the heart back down to a more normal size it should still be on every bodybuilder's/powerlifter's top 3 list.
 
i like to have a raw foods multi vitamins, a good fish oil and a good tasting pure whey protein.The list goes on but since we can only list 3, ill go with these.
 
As a couple others have stated, this is not the same answer for everyone.

I suggest getting full bloodwork, to see any deficiencies that you might have. Obviously that will help you prioritize what you "need".

As someone with Crohns, please don't forget about your digestive track. Probiotic & enzymes are fantastic. Most people don't care if it is not bothering them, but if you wait until you need them its too late. The bodybuilding amount of food your body processes is very hard, help it out.

Yup! Chewable gummy vites are absorbed more fully than compacted pills. Plenty of others here will swear by them.
