1st of all now your done now go eat!! Your condition was there, mabye just a couple of more weeks or you were holdong water, could not tell. Gotta bring up the chest. On your pressing movements, eliminate the shoulders and stop extending beyond your elbows, or dont lock out your arms, keep the stimulus on the pectoralis. You have high lats too, just like me. More underhand pulldowns and rows, like in the Blood and guts tape. Lastly time to put on some size, your fram looks like it could hold some tissue, eat, sleep, and make it heavy and lift it.

yeah thanks bro for the critique...i hate how my lats insert on my body...very high...those were from the night show so i was holding some water from drinknig H2O after prejudging...got another show on sat in N.O....plus 2 more in july...plan on getting tighter by July 12th...this past weekend was a warm up but i def appreciate the comments.

PS. i weighed exactly 10 lbs heavier at weigh-in this year then in my shows last year....but i def have my offseason worked out already...heaviest i've been is 212...plan to get to 220-225 this year.
