Any views or real experience on whether a bit of Soy Sauce on my chicken and rice meals is good or bad in a cutting diet?
I use approx 1tblsp to add a bit of flavour and do this twice a day.
I've searched and read articles on PM but the discussion was more towards soy powder and milk. So I'm still none the wiser.
