to edge 250 and steak helmet, i owe both of these guys a big huge thank you. they took time out to help me w my contest prep and give me some great advice when i was stuck, and nothing was working. i have 4 days left to showtime, and i owe gettin on the stage to them. guys.thank you for your time and your help. i really apreciate it. you have no idea how freaked out i was when i wasnt getting the results i needed to, and things were at a stand still. in seperate ways you guys stepped up and helped out a bro from promuscle. let everyone on the boards know that both of these guys are amazing people verry selfless. ive had nothing but good expiriences in the promuscle brotherhood, and these guys exemplify what its all about.helping,information, and friends.
thanks again fellas, i really appreciate it. in 4 days ill be at the tournament of champions in new hampshire, and it will be due to your help.

feeling run down.

im o my last day of carb depleting. im run down,from training and the fact that my girl has been in korea for 2 weeks w her folks so i havent slept sound since she left. shes back tomorow so ill crash hard and rest up. tomorow starts carb load, i actuallty have been in contact w jay cutler. even though hes got the olympia soon he still took the time to email me and give me advice. he is an awesome bro. he said to use vitagro,yams and oatmeal as my carbs. i was using them all before i depleted and they seem to work well for my body. im drinking 2 1/2 gallons of water a day which ill cut out on friday nite, and i think im gonna stay awayfrom diuretics unless i really need em.(dont think i will cause im not holding too much water now.) so all is going well and i have to say the igf1 lr3 made a big difference this year. im sharper and fuller and yes more vascular. thanks for the tip edge i love the stuff! ill drop a post when im done carbing up,
thenks to all the bros for asking how im doin, hope i make the promuscle family proud. this will be my best showing to date.
