So I'm training under Phil, but figure that I ask him too many questions as it is... so I'd ask you guys. I'm sore these days in my triceps a lot for some reason, and I'm wondering if I should go ahead and do my chest workout today (includes bench press). My lifts always go down when I'm sore, and I don't think I hit the target muscles as well when I can't lift as heavy. Would it be better to take the day off or push through it?
on a positive note, my bench finally went up these last few months after being stalled for years. I guess you could say I want it to keep it that way.
