START WITH YOUR RIGHT FOOT and take a look at my actual shape
To get any goal you have to be organized.
- First thing is focus in your goals and write your plan to get those goals.
(My goal is to be in the weight in on the Southern States in Fourtlauderdale, Florida friday Augost 1
225 1/4 in the top of my weight class, and 230 pounds on saturday preliminars, witth bigger legs and arms and more ripped than last year.)
- Make your nutrition, roids and training plan from today to the day you need to get those goals.
(I make a training journal to organize rutines, volumen, frequence, and periodization, and a diet journal to get lean mass keeping my body fat lower than 6% from January to March 3000 to 4000 cals a day. From April to July I am going to make a nutrition plan to get down body fat to try to be ready at 2.6% bf in July 1 one month before the show, cutting down 250 cals a day playing with 2750 to 3750 cals. Always have 5 to 6 grams of protein a day)
- Take your body composition and measures from today and every weeks to avoid stagnations of weight, size or shape.
(My body composition today is biceps 2,triceps 2, chest 3.2, abs 5, ob 3, back 10, L. back 14, cuads 5.2, calves 4 = 49 : 248.6 pounds = 0.1971 x 0.27 x 100 = 5.32 % body fat . Fat= 13.22 lb., competition weight at 3% = 242 pounds)
- Organize your work to all your meals and rest, and make a lot of money
- Organize your free time to spend with family, friends, girl friend to stay of bodybuilding to avoid stress . This is a very important point, you need to clean your mind to geta lot of energy everyday you go to the gym.
- Write everything to learn from your mistakes and good things.
- Take pictures to have a control of your progress. you can see my pics on http://espanol.photos.yahoo.com/bc/...order=&.view=t&.done=http://photos.yahoo.com/
- Have fun and be happy even if you are carb loading.
- And remember all days you fell weak or hungry or angry, other guys are training, eating and organized to beat you.
- And another important thing is remember ......
...........There is no space for the littles!!!!!!!
