staying awake/energized

guys, I’m just asking for a supplement or some advice to stay awake

I already know why I’m dragging and tired , I’m 2 weeks out , low carbs. Cardio twice.. I’m not stopping nothing right now..

Stopping caffeine isn’t even an option. lead me to a supplement to keep me awake

I hear crack is quite effective....JUST JOKING!!!:D Nicotine lozenges help to keep me alert if I'm tired.
 
Just throwing it out there. Green tea or the ECGC extract. Lately I've been sensitive to stimulates and green/black tea can give me a kick at work. Its supposed to increase your metabolism as well.

4 times stronger than modanifil with less sides/less addictive.

I would ask a sleep specialist for armodafinil


ephedrine and nicotine are also good for staying awake

You're 2 weeks out from a show - this sounds pretty normal.

If it wasn't an opioid causing horrible withdrawal symptoms upon cessation (at least if you're using it several times a day to keep u awake, energised and in a good mood like I did), I'd suggest Kratom... but I won't. :eek: Yeah useful post, I know... :rolleyes:

Flmodafinil like a few suggested, possibly combined with low doses preworkout powders spread throughout the day whenever you need a mental and/or physical boost, and not just before training only.

Of course the less stims you use the better, but in case of emergency... :cool:
 
Should also add that I started Lion's mane recently, and it seems to have a nice effect on mood/anxiety... nothing super strong, but noticeable enough to mention. :)
 
I’d still bet the GH is a contributing factor. Remember those sleepy teenage days? Body growing, changes underway, growth hormones high? When we take GH, we are essentially revisiting those days. Only an older body. it makes you mid-day sleepy! I have to take a nap almost every day when running GH. But it feels good! Like a healthy nap. You might just need to give in and start taking an hour nap.
 
If you're low carbing, I'd give some Beta-Hydroxybutyrate salts a run.

Good idea.

Although be sure to get a very good quality product. You need a good dose of BHB to actually work/have an effect. And BHB isn’t cheap.

I'll second what Stewie said, BHB is great when energy levels are rock bottom during prep.

AND, Mike Arnold's Vicaine is great. IMO, Vicaine fades though. Maybe 4-5 hours worth of pep and energy.
200mg of regular Modafinil lasts me alllll damn day.

Well....in the quote you just quoted he stated he likes flmodafinil but that it fades to quickly for him.
