I worked in a vet clinic as a Vet. Tech for a while and we use an Autoclave to sterilize anything, most things being surgery. If it was sterilized that way you can be assured it's sterile and safe to use in any way you want.

Autoclaved is sterile.

Bacteriostatic means it has an agent added to the water that kills bacteria.

SterileSyringes doesn't have BA water, but has sterile injection water that was sterilised by autoclave.
