Sterile vials in Japan?

does anyone know a domestic shipper? I'm afraid that it will look suspicious in customs. I know that gear is legal, but it's still a conversation that I would rather avoid if possible.

I've found these sites but my japanese isn't that great yet "working on it" and i'm not sure if you need documents or anything to order. anyways, does anyone know anything?

From what I have read, orals are legal in Japan but oils are a grey area. Correct me they updated their policy on this. I don't know if your thread is breaking the rules or not by asking for sources.
