Safe to inject sterile 0.9% nacl for irrigation?

Is it safe to inject 0.9% nacl for irrigation (for flushing baby's sinuses, wounds, eyes, ears etc)? It says sterile and only ingridients are purified water and nacl. It's in 5ml ampoules so they're perfect for single use. It does say "not for injection" though.
What's the difference between this and braun's nacl for injecting?

I need something to dillute my 800mg/ml l-carnitine down with that means I'd be injecting a couple of mls everyday. Thought I'd save my bac water for gh and peptides.

I have used anything with the word "sterile" in it for im or sq even sterile eye drops never had any problems. Hope that helps!

Yeah thats not a great idea, eye drops can contain buffers wich can give you bad allergic reactions, pls just inject water made for injection.

Yeah, I'm still alive after I started using it. For some reason it stings like a motherfucker going in. I didn't feel anything when I used bac water. It would be the sodium I'm guessing.

Personally, I think you would be fine. Hell, I have a patient right now that aspirates water from whatever gas station bathroom faucet he is at, squirts it into his bottle cap of meth, draws it and shoots it. Frankly, I'm surprised he hasn't picked up a brain eating amoeba...but I guess you gave to actually have a brain for that to happen.

But it's always best to be as safe as possible if you can.
