Im willing to get suggestions from you guys on some stomach routines all of mine are beat Im tired of the same old shit, sit ups, leg raises WTF nothing seems to work Im starting to feel like a fat fuck and Im tired of looking at my gut if I diet I loose size everware but my stomach Im 46 and I never had a good looking stomach,I'll admit its not my favorite body part to work but I do work it,maybe I need to work it harder? maybe some of you guys can give me a few pointers or tips of any kind Id apprciate it.Im 250 and 6'1" I hold my weight fine I have a big frame but I want to see some abs one day,Im sure some of you guys feel the same way at times.Thanx:mad:
 
diet and cardio...you can do all the stomach excercises you want and they may look amazing...however if you are overweight they will still look amazing but they will be underneath a layer of fat so lose the fat see some abs. No way around that. My ab routine is pretty simple. Warm up with knee raises maybe a set or two of leg raises, then weighted knee raises with a db between ankles 3 sets 15 reps, followed up by weighted crunches, 3 sets 20-30 reps (depends how I feel). My abs are sore from this for a couple of days so I do this twice per week. Sometimes I may change a movement or add a twist other wise pretty simple.
 
my routine is bench crunches with a db between my feet, Crunches with cable machine like in pumpin iron, and hanging leg raises with leg straight out not bent...I find weighted crunches good for big thick abs. I only do like 4 sets for abs 3 times a week.
