Im willing to get suggestions from you guys on some stomach routines all of mine are beat Im tired of the same old shit, sit ups, leg raises WTF nothing seems to work Im starting to feel like a fat fuck and Im tired of looking at my gut if I diet I loose size everware but my stomach Im 46 and I never had a good looking stomach,I'll admit its not my favorite body part to work but I do work it,maybe I need to work it harder? maybe some of you guys can give me a few pointers or tips of any kind Id apprciate it.Im 250 and 6'1" I hold my weight fine I have a big frame but I want to see some abs one day,Im sure some of you guys feel the same way at times.Thanx
