Hey bro...a buddy of mine ordered/used them to train for football and loved them. He said his calves were tore up after training with them...but he didnt necessarily use them for "our" purposes.
yea i use to run with them but they fucked up my ankles i guess bc of the stress, i would use em while playin basketball evene if u suck like me for like a half hour or jump rope, i def like em and i still use em
Let me tell you to get them..i bought them years ago and only used them when i walked ona treadmill and my calves blew right up..like 2 inches over a 6 month period...i walked 3- days a week for about 45 minutes each time...you should work your way up to that time though...start out at 5 minutes and add 5 minutes every other time to get used to it or you will not be able to walk for a few days since your calves will be stretch right the hell out and your feet will cramp on the bottoms in your arches...best of luck and money well spent ..they do really work big time...
