Strong pulling pain bellow side of the knee

never had it before . just when kneeling down on my knees as the knee touches the floor the left one is pulling just below the knee on left side.

I do not feel it while squatting. but afraid that it something that might lead to an injury I can not afford right now. anyone experienced something like that?
might it be related to the warping I do for my knees?
 
Rest it a bit..

Any inflamation / redness / fluid build up ?

Any increase in pain while rotating ?
 
no inflammation or redness , I am just a week after 10 days break..
 
Hard to tell you anything without seeing you and palpating the joint...

If its painful or affecting your quality of life, then go to the ortho.

IMO, i think I would wait and test it out a bit.
 
if your concerned about not injuring it and being out for months you should have an ortho check it out. who knows dude.
 
do some extensive foam rolling on IT band, rectus femoris, and your TFL. Before any lower body sessions start by warming up with some glute activation work... this should include some form of hip bridging and hip abduction. Watch your form on squats and any single legged movement and be sure that your knee's don't cave one bit(especially on the single legged movement). Do some static stretching to rectus femoris/other hip flexors and some adductor stretching too. Ice 20 minutes a couple times a day.

Janitor's advice was exactly what i was going to write, spot on

wraps should actually help maintain stability, but if you allow yourself to get lazy and allow your knees to cave in because of them then you have a problem
 
i will take some time off legs , and than take a video of my squats to make sure I keep form.

sounds like the patella tendon to me...had it many times -
 
rest ice compression tens unit therapy (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation)
