Hey everyone. Been a long time since ive been on here but this board was also so encouraging and supportive when i was training amd comp prepping last year so i wanted to come back.

Been a crazy year, good and bad with a lot of different things. Ill spare everyone details but important thing is im FINALLY back to training after a long long "break". Started back beggining of feb, then 10 days before this comp on march 8th decided to dive in and go do this show in indana. All things considered and given my training i was super happy and glad i did this. Proved a lot to myself!

Tied for third place on this even though I zeroed the deadlift event! Heres comp video

Im now 55 days out from next show in saint louis. Friday I pulled my previous deadlidt PR , yesterday I PRed on axle, and overall I feel stronger mentally and physically than ever and I'm very fresh back to training so this is going to be a strong year for me!! I look forward to sharing with everyone!

I'm wondering why you're training axle c&p but not starting with the axle on the floor.

With that style of dead lift, your feet should be out further then lean back toward the weight.

Nice job on the contest.

Congratulations on stepping up and competing- the journey truly is more important than the outcome. I showed your video to my wife for some inspiration.
