Stuck in a rut

Thanks I feel at home already. I have so many darn questions to ask people I'm not even sure where to start. I'm kind of in a training rut. I started out at about 135 three years ago and I've pushed my way to about 215 @ 8 % and I'm about 5 "8". I just dont think I'm getting any bigger. I'm told I have great genetics and semitry but there not working for me now. I've cycled off and I'm ready to kick it in the but and go threw another growth phase. Any advice would be great.

Hmm

Get rid of that pretty boy body , and eat like crazy, if you are stuck in a rut, take 1-2 weeks off, eat normal relax, dont lift, do some light cardio, then come back hard, and eat 500 grams of protein and a ton of carbs and fat, that is a sure fire way to get back into it. Your bodyfat is too low, and if you try to keep it low and get big it wont work.,

Yup if you want to get as large as your potential allows, you should almost want to get a little fat. If you try to stay lean at all, you are limiting your size/weight gains.
Look at sone of the off season diets around (like BigHs)-you gotta be willing to risk a little fat gain!
