Usually if I eat a whole pizza or something ferocious, I take about 1000mg ala 20-30min before. I definately notice it helps not store as much fat and I look much fuller the next day. Anyway I was thinking of two other things that may help not let all meal be absorbed and what is absorbed, to be used more useful. What do you all think
1.) Like 20grams of fiber(benifiber)
2.) Maybe a 30mcg IGF shot 20min before?
