Stuff to take with CHEAT meals?

Usually if I eat a whole pizza or something ferocious, I take about 1000mg ala 20-30min before. I definately notice it helps not store as much fat and I look much fuller the next day. Anyway I was thinking of two other things that may help not let all meal be absorbed and what is absorbed, to be used more useful. What do you all think

1.) Like 20grams of fiber(benifiber)

2.) Maybe a 30mcg IGF shot 20min before?

personally I don't see any point on usin an "absorption enhancer" with cheat meal ... at least i'd avoid anything slin related to avoid fat gains that would be related to fat intake and slin spike ...
just my .02.
 
I don't see a need for a cheat meal really, unless were talking about many strict weeks of proper dieting. Suck it up and stay on course.
 
metphormin is my secret weapon for those carb cheat meals. Big A luvs it and so do I. I tend to crap those xtra carbs after muscle glycogen is topped off.

Have used glucophage in the past as well for this reason. Messed around with various doses. SitySlicker- what kind of dosage do you use for the metformin?

Also, BigA how do you recommend using Metformin? Thanks.

Gonna use slin 3x per week and the cheat meals will definately not be on those days. I may have to look into glucophage, but not sure if its a good idea to take that when my slin receptors are getting back to normal from the pervious day of insulin use.

And even then it's more mental than anything else, a big clean carb meal will work better.

if I remember correctly there was an old post in the article forum about glucophage and it was really informative

not sure but I think BIG A wrote it
