Glycerin suppositories and/or enema.

do this for 3 days (it takes time to push all that stuff out of your system):

lots of veggies
lots of oats (non of that instant crap)
lots of olive oil (7-10 tbsp throughout the day)
8-12 liters of water
15-30 grams psyllium husks split up throughout the day (or fybogel if you can find it)
multi vitamins

these should be the only items in your menu for 3 days... it works really well.



but... if you're in a hurry.... some castor oil would do the trick . just make sure you stay at home the whole day and don't eat anything 4 hours before or after taking the castor oil.
my wife had to do the castor oil to get an ultra sound done on her kidneys... she lost 1.5 inches off the waist in 12 hours, and she wasn't even that bloated. i wouldn't advise it though, she says it was a very painful experience.

The castor oil is the best for a quick fix. It is painful. LOTS of cramping.
And definately stay home all day.

I think Buselmos 3 day colon cleanse will be the best bet if you don't mind waiting. Maybe at some digestive enzymes to that. They seem to help me quite a bit.

Tablespoon of epsom salt will have explosive results overnight. The epsom salt draws water into the digestive track so drink plenty of water. Horrible taste but its a good quick fix.

I tried this herb called Senna in a drink. The msot disgusting thing i have ever tasted. It gave me crazy diahrrea.
