SuperPump 250 WTF?

Has anyone tried this product from Gaspari? I got a free sample of this stuff from TF supps (had an awful exp. w/them

). I tried it last night before I went to the gym, holy sh_t! I got an insane (juice like) pump from this stuff. I was amazed at how well it worked. Looking in the mirror I was like wtf , I looked way bigger. I was so impressed with this stuff that I went home and ordered some. I am in no way a cheerleader for gaspari or anyone else, but this works big time. I have used noxplode before & it does not compare to this.

Good shit. Gaspari has been around for 30 yrs in bb.
Insane pumps and for me the pump last for an hour or soo after the work out. He came in 2nd 3 times in the 80s in mr. olympia 3rd once. 1st ever
arnold classic winner.

gave me the shits before training so I used a much lower dose than what was on the tub, works well though.

I gave mine away. I got the craps too. Maybe I should have tried half dose.

Shits aside, its a solid product that works really well.

It would be nice to know how much caffeine is in there..... damn proprietary blends.

love it.

after a while the whole going thru you thing subsides, but not entirely.

the one thing i did find is that unlike most suplements, the more you use them, the less effective they seem to get.

it gives me great focus still and still provides an awesome pump a year later.

the only supplement i use religiously.

Don't use SizeOn!!

I used SizeOn just the way it said.....had to quit my workout i was feeling so sick then on the drive home i had to pull over and puke my guts out!! I gave it a few different trys and always get the same result--sick!

I'm surprised. Everyone that I know that has tried SizeOn, still uses it. I got a little bloat in the beginning until I realized that I wasn't using enough water. Now it's just one of those things that I always use.

No problem at all with it, and if you really want a pump,take superpump250 30 minutes b4 workout and then sip sizeon while working out, gave me a damn good juice like pump.

See I think the problems I had was because of the sipping on it during a workout......if I drank it on off days I was fine.

One of my favorite pre-workout supps. The bad thing is that is really expensive for such a little amount of servings. And I cant ever get through a workout without having to go take a shat, even when I just shatted before I left for the gym!

If you are getting the craps from super pump and other pre workout NO products, try WTF PUMPED by ALR....was laughing when I saw the title of the thread as there were two competitive product names listed unintentionally

Superpump is a good product. It has around 60 mg's of caffeine per serving, which is lower than the caffeine content of most of the other pre-workout formulas on the market. Gaspari has the tastes down on their formulas. Other products (like NO3 Overload by CMI and Armageddeon by Starchem) work really well, but they are higher in caffeine and they have stronger tastes. It all depends on what you want out of your pre-workout.

If you are looking for a product that works well and has no caffeine, try Niox by Nutrex. I (along with about 7 or 8 others) have used it and I get really good pumps. They come in liquid caps, which can be easier to take if you get tired of slamming down shakes. You can also throw in your own caffeine, such as a cup of coffee, if you feel that you need an extra boost for training.
