Not AAS...but supplements...
I dont take any supplements, other than a protein shake once per day. I have posted a few times, but stats... 5"8..205...24%BF, goals are to drop to 190ish..15% BF, then consider adding some lean mass or maybe dropping a few extra BF%'s...
Anyway, I have friends who take all sorts of shit, creatine, amino acids, CLA, etc... list goes on and on...
Considering my goal of dropping BF%, does anyone have any suggestions on what supplements to add into my diet?
