Not AAS...but supplements...

I dont take any supplements, other than a protein shake once per day. I have posted a few times, but stats... 5"8..205...24%BF, goals are to drop to 190ish..15% BF, then consider adding some lean mass or maybe dropping a few extra BF%'s...

Anyway, I have friends who take all sorts of shit, creatine, amino acids, CLA, etc... list goes on and on...

Considering my goal of dropping BF%, does anyone have any suggestions on what supplements to add into my diet?

whey protein is so important. you can get protein from meat but you will be adding alot of saturated fat to your diet which i don't think is very healthy. i personally can't eat alot of food. i eat 5 to 6 small meals consisting of a 2 to 1 ration of protein to low-glycemic carb. more carbs in the morning and after workout. i think that supplementation is very important. glutamine and creatine are staples. time tested and proven now. take a UDO's oil with each meal. just read the forums on diet and bodybuilding.com and you'll get yourself very educated. always eat carbs and protein together. or just protein alone. add cardio to your training. take care.
