xcel , ive used .2 gms per kg, during workout to be the most helpful during dieting down .
but i wud love to see fat head's views on this since he is so conditioned .
im going try to find a substitute for the dextrose in the preworkout drink as i hear its not good for fat loss preworkout any suggestions.
i never had a problem crashing because i would drink the preworkout drink after my 5-7 min cardio warm -up and 5 min stretching. them my workout are abot 40 min and i would save a sip for at the 20 min mark but im still interested in a dextrose alternative pre workout.
