During a cycle, this is my supplement regiment:
1) ZMA by EAS: 4 before workout and 4 at bedtime
2) GKG by EAS: 4 after workout and 4 at bed time
3)BCAA's Anabolic Fuel by Twin Labs: 4 before and 4 after workout
4) Lecithin 1200mg 1 w/ each meal
5) Multi Vit/ Min 1 a day
6) NitroTech and CellTech
Some cycles I will add some other supps (money permitting)
but the above is a standard I live by.
