Like does anybody take Anabolic Innovation's Cycle Support, or Competive Edge Lab's Cycle Assist? I know their a bit over priced, but very convienent.

whats in those?

I take creatine, multi, fish oil, hemp oil, green tea, magnesium, melatonin, valarian root, piracetam, soy lecithin (the last two are more for cognitive benefits).

I also try to get as varied as possible protein sources and lots of greens.

And then on top of that I cycle on and off testosterone propionate
