Can we all agree is clearly the perfect food for bodybuilders
Living in Japan for 13 years, I'd say yes - sushi is an ideal bodybuilding food.
Real sushi though, not that weird stuff with the spicy mayo all over it

No one is saying give up the steak but you can get a lot of nutrition adding in some sushi rollsI love it, it digests easily, I feel great.... it's delicious, I like tuna and salmon. I do find that red meat makes me a lot stronger. They both have their place, depending on your goals.
what about chicken and rice sushi?You can only eat so much chicken rice and steak sushi is not only healthy but diverse lots of different rolls with different veggies and fish
