Does anyone else eat cottage cheese jello salad?

1 large cottage cheese
1 package of any sugar free jello powder
1 container of sugar free Cool whip

Heat a couple of ounces of water just enought to disolve the jello mix it all together and stick it in the fridge. Traditional cottage cheese jello salad has fruit but i normally leave it out.

Its a great low carb side. The wife makes it once in a while.

it taste pretty good? give me an idea out of a 1-10. I need a healthy alternative to icecream!

I give the taste 7.5 with ice cream being 10. You have to tweak it some to get it just how you like it.

Alin I also mix cottage cheese with my oatmeal in the mornings along with a pack of splenda or touch of local honey for sweetener and also for allergies. I know it sounds horrible but the ones i have got to try it love it.

I add in SUGAR FREE/FAT FREE JELLO PUDDING powder to cottage cheese.

Just add the powder. I usually use the chocolate.

Mix it up. And eat while enjoying a glass of milk.
