Sorry this is going to sound alittle dumb, but do I take the SYNTHELAMIN™ - B-12 Appetite Stimulator the same way as the other info I get from sponsors or is it an oral thing....I know dumb question but I'm less than a week out from a show and the brain is not working real good..thanks for your help....
