Do you guy just stick the pin right through that plastic stopper? or unscrew the lid and suck it out that way? I ask because it looks like a plastic stopper not rubber.
The stopper is Teflon. You stick the needle right through it like a normal vial.
so the needle needs to to go through the to hard top layer as well?

its never a good idea to use the same pin anyway. Always best to switch needles.
you can't do that with a slin pin. i have used them for years, maybe some are available separate. i ahev never seen it that way
