i only have 1ml syringes for this, so would 1ml EOD be just as effective as 2ml every 3-4 days?

No. 2ml's is the way to go. You can vary how many days a week you do it but 2ml's is the perfferd dose. It is verry easy to get syringes. Also just shoot up twice with 2 different 1ml syringes. This stuff does not hurt at all.

im not worried about hurt, i was just thinking since 1ml slinpins is what i had it may be more economical and that it may be similiar to some longer ester AAS where twice a week injections will work, but more frequent shots will keep blood levels stabler.

You should be fine to use your slin pins. Thats what I've been using. Big A says to inject 1ml ED for a week then 1ml E3D after that. Today is only my second day of Synthelamin injections, so far I feel nothing. But they are completely painless and SQ injections make it very quick and easy.
