I have been looking for a good appetite increase and did some searchs about this product and it seems to be nothing more than b-12. And does it work?
 
Synthelamin

Yes it works. Synthelamin is a time released B12, meaning you only have to use it a couple times per week, instead of everyday.

I can't tell you if it works or not, never tried it, but as far as its description, it looks like a bunch of B-12 to me bro...I'm not saying that Synthelamin doesn't work, again, never used it, but as far as an appetite increaser, I never had a bigger appetite then when I was on Remeron. Its usually prescribed as an anti-depressent/sleep aid and you take it once a day before bed, I can't remember all the doses it comes in, but I was on the highest available, 45mgs. I NEVER slept so well, and no matter how much I ate, I was always hungry, for me, that stuff was magic!

Synthelamin doesn't affect me

I don't know why, everyone here seems to be very happy with the results of Synthelamin. I've tried it for several weeks and I didn't notice any different. Is there any thing wrong on what I am doing? Or I am just totally hopeless? I've been underweight since the day I can remember, I am 30 years old now. I tried it using SubQ (injection in the skin right on the fat of my stomach), I tried 2000mg and tried it once, twice a week and even every other day. But very very little improvement, maybe the improvement is just a placebo effect. Advise anyone? Most of the time I'm forcing myself to eat. I consider myself healthy, never get sick very often, very high metabolism, but I don't like my weight. I am only 120lbs. gaining 15 pounds would be very very great achievement for me. Help anyone.
 
Time released?

Since B vitamins are water-soluble, and since the liver degrades anything orally-consumed, how is this made "timed release?"

What process is used to aviod liver degradation? Doing so will make this harder on the liver, of course.

If it's an injectable, then you can add an ester group, but if it's an oral, I'd save your money.

its 1200mgs hydroxycobalamin
and

800mgs cyanacobalamin

Been using it for

about 3 months now, both me and my girl, and after a month on it, my energy and appetite went up, I must say that the most noticeable effect it has had on us has been the ENORMOUS increase in vascularity --- it is almost ridiculous with me....I will try and get some pics up soon.
