Just curious. Did you do the WHOLE 30 days as BIG A lays it out or just follow his protocol, but for a shorter amount of time? And what were your beginning and ending arm measurements, if it's OK to divulge that.

Yes the whole 30 days and now in mantainence. I am not a big arm guy but went from 19 to 21.5 and after inflamation desapear i am at 20.5

If you want real gains and keep it you will need to fallow Big A's plan very strict or you will lose the size.

After day 7 looked beautifull, nice size and form, then after day 13 the inflamation started so it didnt look good but i knew it was part of the process and Big A told me it was normal , some times i did res 1 day bc inflamation was to unconfortable.

Yes i was training, well i still training as hard as i can, amaizing pump and it also helps to expand the phacia.
