You train just as you normally would.
Your max weights will possibly drop somewhat and your pumps will become
increasingly uncomfortable and sometimes painful. Just push through to
failure as usual (or however you usually train) and don't change anything
about your training just because you are doing Syntherol.
if injecting syntherol will swell my biceps, than how would I be able to flex the muscle during my workouts after the injection? will I need to alter my workout regime to adjust to that movement restriction?
Thanks guys. Your answers helped a lot, so I did my first syntherol order. Anywone else got the bottles that fast, like around five days as the company is claiming? Sounds a bit hard to believe...

Tomorrow will be my first syntherol day. I'll follow
Big A's procedure which I know off by heart now, I'll do the muscles which
I'm lacking in size: biceps and delts. Can anyone suggest a comfortable
position for reaching the posterior delts? I'm not too flexible so i see it as an
impossible task!
you won't reach by yourself. i get my girlfriend to do it for me![]()
Lucky prick, when I was doing tri's i wish my gf would have done it for me.

In the end I decided to do my biceps only . Too complicated doing delts this cycle, so they'll have to wait more.
The pain in my bis was unbearable the first few days, and I was one step from quiting everything. Luckily, over the next days the situation got better. Now I am three days away from the 3ml phase and I have no problems whatsoever, the pain is no more than any normal injection. I had no bruises at all since the start, also the inflamation is minimal so I'm lucky so far.
