This may be a stupid question....Do you use the same pin for outer/inner Bi injections? What about drawing from the vial? Just trying to get an idea of many pins I need to buy.

Just like with any other injection, use 21g to withdraw from the vial and use 25g to inject in the bis/tris etc, with a fresh pin for every shot.
If you re-use a pin, it will hurt more as the pin gets dulled after each injection, and especially after you use it through a vial top.

Pins and syringes come in boxes of 100 anyway, so getting a box of each that you need, you will have plenty.
