synthetine and syntheselen year and a half experience

For me it obviously worked. I am very happy with this combination of products.

My last synthetine & syntheselen cycle was back in february.

I didn't add an inch of fat since I started the thread last year.:yeahthat:

So that's my year and a half transformation from last year:

And me now. Running the syntheselen synthetine mix twice a year is my perfect maintenance plan.

Are both products water or oil based and can they be mixed in a single syringe and injected or not? Also a typical cycle is 1ml per 55lbs for how long?

Both water based. Can be mixed. Must be injected. You use them for as long as you wish. No toxiticy/sides.
