I did a search on this stuff and it seems everyone says something different.
I know its supposed to be IM shots.
But exactly how is this supposed to be dosed? Can you get away with this EOD? or should it be ED? or how about on cardio days?
For those of you who tried it by itself how beneficial is it?
I just don't want to be building up extra scar tissue for L-carnitine, but if it works it might be worthe a shot
