T3, T4 or T3+T4?

What do you guys use in combination with hgh and insuline?
What dosages do you use?

I have read alot on thyroid hormones but still not sure what is the best way to use them.

I'm not sure about that. From what I have read, 12.5mcg is basically a replacement dose, i.e., not much more than body produces naturally.

why did you do it every other day???? its meant to be taken everyday. what there a reason behind what you did? like avoiding thyroid shutdown?

lots of opinions on this one. most say t3 and some say t4.

i like the combo products because that is the way it's produced naturally in your body.

The ratio is about 4:1 T4 to T3

That would be about 50mcg/day of T4 and 12.5mcg per day of T3.

You can find both those dosages available from many sponsors...

Thanks for the clarification. I was thinking about it in terms of cutting, where it seems a minimum of 50mcg is called for. But if it is just to supplement on gh, what you say makes sense. that's a good insight.

this is what i'm comfused about... some people say not to run thyroid meds for too long, but what if you want to run 10iu of growth for a long time?? that high dose is going to reduce your natural output isnt it? so you would think stay on the t3/t4 for the long run, but are you hurting chances of your thyroid recovering???
