T4 conversion to T3?

I know you need more t4 to get the t3 dose your looking for but what is it. I think I remember it was like 3x or 4x the t4 for t3. So if I want 25mcg's of t3 but want to use t4 what would it be? thanks

As far as I know T3 has five time's the metabolic power of T4.

I can't answer the poster's question, but as an FYI: always use T4 when using HGH, not T3. I don't understand the specifics, but it is the conversion of T4 to T3 that creates synergy with HGH, not merely the presence of T3.
