Just FYI-the outer part (vastus lateris) is called the sweep-not the tear drop. The inner is the tear drop (vastus medius). No crime comitted , just though Id point it out.

I asked you that question a while ago, posted it here, and experimented already. Dont u remember us discussing this at the gym? I have proof my sweep is greatly improved, and i attribute it to two things.
1. When i squat or leg press i go DEEP and pause for a split second.
2. I very SLIGHTLY and as safely as possible let my knees flare out on leg presses and squats or front squats while keeping a shoulder width stance. It was said in the above thread knee positioning might have something to do with it, and now i believe i KNOW it does. Just seems that if i keep my weight distributed towards the outsides of my feet rather than the insides, i get a HUGE pump in my sweep and its finally developing nicly.
