I got 2 tennis elbows and recoverd fully.
Now injury free for one year.
What I did:
1) stopped doing skullcrushers
2) stopped doing heavy flat bench presses
2) first excercise for triceps I start with rope extensions (4x 20 reps)
Supplement plan:
- Hgh + peptides
- Deca
- Clucosamine
Elbows healed after 2-3 months
What about back exercises? They didn't irritate it?
