tennis elbow!

I got 2 tennis elbows and recoverd fully.
Now injury free for one year.

What I did:

1) stopped doing skullcrushers
2) stopped doing heavy flat bench presses
2) first excercise for triceps I start with rope extensions (4x 20 reps)

Supplement plan:

- Hgh + peptides
- Deca
- Clucosamine

Elbows healed after 2-3 months


What about back exercises? They didn't irritate it?

I have the same situation with my right elbow from time to time,
I try different things to help and one thing besides all things mentioned here that has helped me is have my masseuse or physical therapist do a deep tissue massage on all tendons and ligaments connected to elbow, I'm taking all different sides of forearm , it releases any knots and tension and it helps immensely . Yes.
But I don't go to heavy with barbell presses because I have teared my
pec once with the flat barbell press.
With dumbells I can go much heavier without pain.
 
Thanks for the good info. I've been dealing with this for over 3 months. Taken 800mg IBU, took shots, etc. I will give a few of these ideas a try. Thanks again
 
Try cross friction massage. Use it on your forearm too. Also, stretch your forearm several times a day. Here's a link to some stetches and exercises

I am having the same issue. It comes and goes. I hardly ever get injured but I guess wear'n'tear from training heavy and never taking time off.

I should apply all these but I am lazy ugh :(

Icing 20min on specific joint 3x daily (avoid near workout)

swimming (cold-water) yes swimming.

foam-rolling perhaps forearms, triceps, delts to alleviate the adhesions around that may cause lack of range of motion and that specific area for targeted joint-pain.

I've been dealing with lateral epicondylitis and triceps tendonitis for 6 months. Im in PT not, have done the needling (helps somewhat), ice, stim, stretch, ART, Rolfing, you name it.
I may drop the coin ($500) and do the PRP(platelet rich plasma injection.
I can not doing any triceps at all, it hurts enough from chest press and shoulder presses. Upright rows, side lateral's and hammer curls exacerbate it.
I have been using DMSO as well and I think it helps somewhat. Unfortunately, I think rest is the best cure.
 
It's a very annoying injury that likes to stay around for a while. That's for sure.
