All you need is a clean diet, calorie surplus, test, AI, and a good pre workout oral like drol to maximize growth. GH, Slin, IGF-1, etc are all "extra". By no means am I down playing the effectiveness of those items but they shouldn't be viewed as a necessity to grow muscle. Learning and implementing new techniques on training and nutrition will go a long way to maximizing growth. PEDs are the cherry on top.
