how long should it take to feel something from test e 200mg/week?

Have you been previously diagnosed with low test levels? Because 200mg a week is not much higher than what a lot of doctors prescribe to people to feel "normal".

I don't think you'd ever really feel 200 mg/week unless you had low testosterone levels to begin with.

At 500 mg/week, it's usually 4 weeks for me before I really start feeling it.
