Test E powder question

I need some help identifying what a friend of mine has.

He has ordered some powder in the past, against my better judgement. It has come as an off white waxy substance. At room temp.

This time it is very white, not off white. Also at room temp it's a powder, not a wax. That being said when he got it, it was like hard wax but once broekn up it remained a powder.

Sounds like Deca. Test E is a thick grease at room temperature. Hard shit to deal with because if it. Deca is like a clumpy wax. And when you touch it, your body temperature starts to melt it.
