Test/estrogen ratio

So my test levels are 717ng/DL
And my estradiol is 29 (ideal 10-30)

Trying to figure if my estrogen is not where it should be.
As some know. Battling libido and erectioms isues.
Brought prolactin down to under 2 from 16.

So not really sure what to think

My protocol (not ideal. But was just for BW)
Shot 200mg weds
And 1/2mg adex mon/thur.

Figured someone here would have a system

What's your free test? SHBG?

The ratio is good

Way back when I started HRT. Free test was very high

That could be the problem... too much free test. When my free test is too high, i feel like shit, moody and low libido, anxiety...

Low prolactin is also no good

How the hell lower free test?
Years ago urologist just said. Whatever.
And yeah. Dropping caber as I've noticed nothing from adding it TBH.

Caber doesn't do shit for me neither.

To lower free t, you just lower ur test dose.

Honesty man, if i were you, and and if you truly want to find your sweet trt level, I'd go through Dr. Mark Gordon or John Crisler. Do it for a year. They will find the best trt dose for YOU along keeping other hormones in check. Trt can be a pain in the ass for some people

My total t is 400, and free t in the upper range, due to low SHBG. So maybe you are on the same boat, low SHBG type of guy

Yeah. I hear ya. And I'd do that and put the time and effort in. BUT if gunna blast every once in awhile. Just wasting time.
I guess like I am now. lol sorry.
But figured with research and time could tweak for the better
