"Test flu"

A few days ago I took my first shot of a sponsors test e 300 and deca 300. I have the worst "test flu"- ache all over, headache and now I just vomited. Any suggestions?

How much test were you taking a week? That makes alot of difference to wether it is test flu or maybe your body was rejecting the oil base used in the test. It could also be from the ba or bc additives that keep the product steril. Personally I have had the test flu before, but it was because I was taking 1000mg per week and was a shock to my body. Try to increase your water intake and cut back on the dose, depending on how high it is.

Wow Jdub....I think you have a touch of a stomach virus..

Test Flu usually gives you a "false" flu...Feeling lousy, small spike in temp ETC. Nothing an Ibuprofin would not cure.
I have never heard of anybody throwing up from the "Test flu".

you either had some illness or the stuff you got was pure garbage and your body was rejecting it.

did you get any diarrhea?

I've had Test Flu but never vomitted....you sure you aren't getting sick for real?

Is it in friggin EO? If so, that may be your problem.

You "should be" fine brother. It usually passes within 48 hours. remember to stay hydrated at all times. And pick up your vitamin C to about 1000mg's three times a day.

I am coming out of it. I have had test flu in the past but this was another level. Not just body aches, I had sever headaches, but I ran through about 10 shirts (full of sweat) in 2 days in bed! Not a dry pillow in the house. I only vomited one - my stomach was fine the whole time. Now I have diarrhea but feel a million times better.


I think it was a reaction to something in the gear. It was 300mg each cc...so I think he makes it differently. I will find out exactly what the difference is.
