Starting training heavy on basic test cycle.. heres the story was cool winters day.. no no kidding anyway went to the gym on wednesday morning. and was doing legs and I got that feeling you all know the feeling that everything was clicking and bumpinbg so I started go heavy when I got the squats. 1`35 for 10, 185 for 10, 225 for 10, 315 for 10, got the wraps 405 for 5, 500, for a double, thought why not never tried anything higher and I had the help here so 585 i walk it out start going down and get sacared say nope we walk it in, seconds later I got re mentally focused and went right back in we all walked it out ( 3 spotters and I) and I squat for 3 half or a lil better , then start down sets.
So I wake up thursday with flue like symptoms any truth that deep muscle fibers work outs make you get sick or is it test flue or did I just get a cold???
